Every wheelchair is born for a single user. It starts from an order form and is manufactured in our workshop in Italy.
Order form and measurements.
Everything starts from the individual order form filled in with the dealer or therapist: body measurements, daily use, options. No wheelchair is built before that.
Frame manufacturing.
Aluminium or titanium tubes cut to size and welded in our workshop. The exact shapes are born together with the order form.
Powder coating.
Powder coating in many catalogue colours, carried out directly in-house or by professionals in the area.
Tailoring.
Cushions, backrests and covers sewn in-house, to the measurements of that one wheelchair.
Assembling.
Wheels, brakes, footrests and accessories are fitted and adjusted wheelchair by wheelchair, each according to the order form.
Quality control and shipping.
Final check of measurements, adjustments and function, serial number, manual, packaging. Then it leaves for the dealer.
